International Communications Associates, Inc. (ICA) has been providing translation and interpreting services to the Federal Government for over 27 years in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and around the United States. ICA has many contracts with government clients on a local and national basis. It is a thoroughly professional organization dedicated to quality translating, interpreting and teaching; its Government clients for translation and interpreting include the Department of Justice (Civil Rights Division, Office of Special Counsel), Department of Transportation, Department of Labor, Department of Defense, and the State Department.  Several clients come from local and state organizations such as the District Court of Maryland, Loudoun County and the National Conference of State Legislatures. ICA Language Services understands. We work with the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Commerce and many other government clients. We speak the language of government and the dialects used around the world. And we know all the important tests (like the standards established by the Foreign Services Institute, the Defense Language Institute, ACTFL and others) and the skills (like the Interagency Language Roundtable descriptions) that agencies value the most.

Past Performance:

TEK Source USA Team has successful performed on contracts through its support for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). TEK USA set up, installed, support, and provided problem resolution and ongoing maintenance for the Lotus Notes and Domino environment. This included the system administration and maintenance of Domino/Web infrastructure of distributed servers. TEK USA set up and installed Windows 2000 server and clients. They set up an Active Directory and exchange server and coordinated with application developers on applications development, deployment, and maintenance. TEK USA coordinated and performed Lotus Notes maintenance and upgrades and performed capacity analysis and provided recommendations to management. Their in-depth research and understanding enabled them to install application patches to servers and systems, when required. TEK USA provided technical assistance and engineering support for all other aspects of the installed Lotus products including planning, designing, and supporting capacity, contingency, security, certificates, groups, servers, change management, testing and topology in the Notes environment.

NSI is the prime contractor on the Navy Personnel Command (NPC) Customer Service Center (CSC) contract, N00189-07-C-Z025.
